\u00dcber Manuel Ammann<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Manuel Ammann ist Professor f\u00fcr Finanzen und Rektor der Universit\u00e4t St.Gallen (HSG)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Davor war Manuel Ammann Dekan der School of Finance, Direktor am Schweizerischen Institut f\u00fcr Banken und Finanzen, akademischer Direktor des HSG Masterprogramms in Banken und Finanzen sowie Pr\u00e4sident und Mitglied verschiedener Universit\u00e4tsinstitute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manuel Ammann war auch Verwaltungsratspr\u00e4sident und Verwaltungsrat von Banken und anderen Unternehmen. Diese Mandate legte er im Rahmen seines Amtsantritts als Rektor der HSG nieder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seine Forschungsinteressen liegen in den Gebieten Derivate, Asset Management, Finanzm\u00e4rkte und Risikomanagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der Vergangenheit war Manuel Ammann u.a. Gastprofessor an der New York University und der University of California in Berkeley. Er promovierte an der Universit\u00e4t St.Gallen schloss ein Studium in Informatik an der Simon Fraser University in Kanada mit einem Master of Science ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
